Our next turn to serve at the Kingsport Kitchen of Hope will be Monday November 5th.

There will be an Ingathering of new members on November 18, 2018. If you have been to the Path to Membership class, we invite you to join our church at this time.

Monthly women's group will be held at Denee M.’s this Friday, November 2 at 6:00PM. 

Please join us on Saturday, November 3 at 1PM to celebrate the life of our beloved member, Louise Serviente.

Additional childcare will be provided at this Sunday's metoo service for caregivers who determine that their children are not ready to hear about sexual assault and domestic violence.

Michael Jones passed away Sunday night, October 21, surrounded by friends and family.

We will be starting rehearsals for the Children’s Choir during the service on Sunday, November 4.

We are hosting a United Religions Initiative Storytelling Event and everyone is invited to attend. Local leaders of the Christian, Jewish and Muslim faiths will present various versions of the Joseph story found in the Torah and Koran.

Sadly, our dear member, Louise Serviente, wife of Mike Serviente died unexpectedly on Monday, October 8 of a heart attack.

If you usually donate to WETS-FM, or plan on donating this year, consider allowing your donation to help HVUUC also. We can continue to be an underwriter for programming which allows us to get our message out in the community.

The Board has decided to pursue a facilities improvement to the church in the form of a new deck.
