In-person Service Auction
Saturday, November 4th 6-9PM
We are back to an in-person auction! We can now enjoy the fellowship inherent to the
annual event that we have been missing. There will be refreshments, a Silent auction, and
a Live auction.
Donations!
We would encourage you to donate items that can be redeemed during the next year. All
donations will be collected using the Auctria website. This is the same website we have
used for donations the past few years. If you need assistance, please contact us by
emailing auction@hvuuc.org.

Plan your bids, surrogates available
As items are donated, they will appear in the catalog on the Auctria website. You can
review the catalog to consider what you would like to target the evening of the auction.
Additionally, if you know you will be unable to attend, let us know what you would like to
bid on and the ranges for bids on each item by emailing auction@hvuuc.org. We are
committed to ensuring those still distancing from home can participate.
