Reserving Church Space
When to email:
If you're needing to reserve space in the church for a private event (a trustee meeting, private party, etc) then simply email office@hvuuc.org to have your meeting added to the church calendar without public promotion.
When to submit an event form:
Event Submission forms are for happenings at the church that we publicly promote for anyone to attend - members, friends of HVUUC, and also the general public. It allows you to fill out a long description of the event describing who, what, where, when & why. We publish these submissions on our website, email them to subscribers, and also promote them on social media.
News and Events Submissions

For items with a date, time, and/or location.
For any information that is not an Event.
