No Religious Education classes for children this Sunday due to Father’s Day. There is still one opening for a class leader this summer and a couple opening for helpers.

Announcing openings for our church’s music program.  We have several functions that need to be performed and will probably divide these among staff plus church volunteers, depending on the skills of the applicants.  We are currently looking for piano accompanists, a choir director, and a music program director.

A free voice class is being offered on Monday, June 11 from 5:15-6:10PM.

Family and friends are invited to a service celebrating Jerry Strickler’s life on Wednesday, June 6th, at 2:00 pm at Holston Valley Unitarian Universalist Church followed by a reception and visitation. Chaplain Earl Daniels will be officiating.

Kitchen of Hope on Monday, June 4 is looking for volunteers to cook (1:30-3:30), serve (3-5), or clean up (4:45-6). Contact Kim at kitchenofhope@hvuuc.org

It’s time again for signing up for the next fiscal year of Coffee Hour leaders.  We need 12 individuals who are willing to take responsibility for one month of coffee hour set-up and clean-up  (usually 3 Sundays because Potluck Sundays aren’t included).
