We have a special Wednesday Night Supper planned on May 23rd. After dinner the Jonesborough Repertory Theater Players will present: The Commedia Voyages of Sinbad!
"All aboard for exciting sea-faring adventures as the commedia troupe guides us through a creative version of the seven voyages of Sinbad the Sailor with patter verse, tumbling, mock combat, and clowning! Visit foreign lands as the players bring to life the giant Roc bird, the King of the Skeletons, Zughub the Ogre, the Old Man of the Sea, and more!" The show will begin around 7:15PM and will last approximately one hour. Actors are available for talk back after the show. Tickets are $3/person and this show is appropriate for all ages. (Kids will love it!)
Dinner will be at 6:30PM and we’ll be serving Indian: Chicken Curry, Mixed Vegetable Korma, and Rice Pudding for Dessert. Cost for dinner is $5/adults. $2.50/children. To RSVP for dinner and/or the performance, email WNS@hvuuc.org by Tuesday, May 22nd.
