HVUUC has three delegates that are assigned to our church to attend the 2021 UUA General Assembly. Two of our delegates will be Board Members and the Trustees are looking for a church member to be our third delegate.
The 2021 UUA General Assembly is a 100% virtual event and is June 23-27, 2021. As a delegate your registration is paid by the church and you will be able to attend all GA sessions and will represent HVUUC at all business sessions.
If you are interested in being our member delegate visit https://www.uua.org/ga to learn more about the program. You should have been a member of HVUUC for at least 6 months and feel you would understand how our membership would vote on the issues.
Others are welcome to attend GA. The registration cost is $200 and a great deal to be able to sit in the comfort of your home to attend all sessions. It is a great opportunity to learn more about our organization and ministry, debate issues, be educated about current events and meet others from all over the world.
