Ministerial candidating week NEXT WEEK, April 16-25! The search committee is excited, and we hope you are, too!
During this week, as in most UU churches, Rev. Jeff will step away and Rev. Tiffany Sapp, our candidate, will be our main ministerial resource.
Rev. Tiffany will offer our regular worship services on April 18 and 25. You can access these services as usual via HVUUC’s YouTube channel.
You will have several chances to interact with Rev. Tiffany. Please make time to interact with her sometime this week.
Most standing committees have meetings scheduled, as does the board—links have been shared with committee and board members and can also be found by clicking the schedule below.
There are three opportunities (two virtual and one masked and in person) for folx who do not serve on committees to meet briefly with Rev. Tiffany. Please be considerate of your fellow congregants and choose only one to attend:
After church at virtual coffee hour on April 18.
At a Zoom meet-and-greet on Wednesday, April 21 from 1-2 p.m.
In person at the church on Wednesday, April 21 from 3:30-6 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: Masks are required and traffic will be regulated by search committee members.

We will vote on calling Rev. Tiffany to ministry at HVUUC at our annual meeting (held via Zoom), Sunday April 25 at noon. If you are a voting member of the church it is important that you attend to ensure we have a quorum for this vote as well as the votes on our 2021-22 budget and the slate of candidates for openings on the board and nominating committee. If you are not a voting member you are welcome to attend.
