As religions are often keepers of tradition, it's natural to assume that most religions are not LGBTQ+ friendly, and this is supported by the vocal components of many world religions that equate their own bigotry with the tenets of their faith. And yet, there are strong, beautiful, and sometimes ancient queer voices in most world religions that say otherwise. This day after Tri-Pride Rev. Tiffany explores a few world religions and the LGBTQ+ voices within them.

Eriel Starre shares how exploring community building as a way to heal deep wounds, invites the divine, and helps us find meaning in the difficulties we face. Drawing from the Jewish tradition of Rosh Chodesh (a new moon) where women gather under the new moon, inviting the presence of God/the divine. Reclaiming this tradition serves as an invitation of renewal, to build a world where building community heals our wounds.
