CUUPS will be leading a workshop on Ecstatic Trance as described by Felicitas Goodman's work.
This will include a short lecture and set up.  

Participates are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring mats, pillows, and journaling items.  
There is no potluck with this event  but participants are encouraged to bring a snack.
