Join CUUPS as we host an ecstatic trance class. We will be teaching a technique developed by Felicitas Goodman.  Class will include an overview of Goodman's work, a discussion of ecstatic trance, and a demonstration of a trance posture.  

Please wear comfortable clothes.  Journaling material will be provided if needed.  All are welcome. We will be meeting in the Meditation Hall in the REZ.
