A graveside service for Phyllis Holmes will take place at Happy Valley Memorial Park in Johnson City on Dec. 17 at 1 p.m. Rev. Tiffany Sapp of Holston Valley Unitarian Universalist Church will officiate.

Happy Valley Memorial Park is located at 2708 Elizabethton Highway in Johnson City. Please follow the main entrance road to top of hill. Veer left and stay to the left around the large garden. Look for a blue tent on the right nearest to the road.
