His workshop is designed to empower people with information and understanding of how to best be effective in working to help those from a background of incarceration to live productive, crime-free lives.

Ken Bonner is a gifted speaker who connects with people from all walks of life. For over twenty five years he has taught personal empowerment programs, helping people to overcome personal challenges and struggles in life through personal accountability and personal excellence.
