The evening begins at 5:30PM with heavy hors d'oeuvres and perusing the silent auction items.  The live auction will begin about 6:30PM.  Childcare is available all evening.

The auction is not just a fundraiser, this is also a great community-building experience that lasts the whole year! Throughout the year there is continued fellowship and building of friendships via the hosting and attending of the auctioned services.

This year all donations of auction items and viewing of the auction catalog will be done via our new auction website.

Go to the new website, register yourself as a bidder and click on Donate an Item to add your item to the catalog. If you have any problems contact Karyn at auction@hvuuc.org and she’ll walk you through it or add your item for you.
