💜 A Note from the DRE
We're in full swing now! Daylight Saving Time gifted us an extra hour of sleep, and the weather is playing peekaboo with winter's chill. 🍂
Here's to being present enough to appreciate all those beautiful little nuances of fall—the gentle sound of a falling leaf, the comforting scent of a campfire, the playful wave of the leaves still hanging on to their branches.
May we wave back. May we breathe in a sense of warmth. May we find peace in the quiet sounds and simple moments that this season offers us.
There's so much beauty in the in-between, if we give ourselves a moment to notice. 💜

💜✨ Calling All Helping Hands! ✨💜
Our Service Auction is THIS SATURDAY, November 7, and we need a little community magic to make sure our youngest HVUUC members are cared for while everyone enjoys the evening!
Our regular childcare team isn't available, but here's the beautiful thing about community: many hands make light work! 🙌
🕟 4:30–6:30 PM: We need volunteers to kick things off!
🕡 6:30–10 PM: Jess will be there! We just need someone to partner with her (or a few folks to split the copilot time)!
💕 Have an hour or two to spare? That's all it takes to make a difference!
The more we share the shifts, the more everyone gets to enjoy the fun!
