Bidding for the 2020 Auction Begins this Thursday at 9AM
If you still have items you want to have included in the auction, please submit these by Wednesday evening. Once the auction has begun, you will not be able to add any items. Submit items here .
The auction website that we have used for many years is designed for online auctions and online bidding, but we have not used it this way before! Please be patient, if there’s a problem contact Karyn at auction@hvuuc.org and I’ll work to get it resolved.
You can bid from the Auction Website on a computer or from your phone. To bid from your phone you must go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and download the Auctria mobile app. If you’ve registered for a church auction before you should have received an email with a registration link. Click that link and update any information that needs updating. After you’ve completed the registration you will receive an email with an access code. Enter this access code into the Auctria app.
Auction check out
1. At the end of the auction, shortly after 6PM on Saturday night, you will receive an invoice with what items you won and how much you owe.
2. You can pay by mailing a check to the church, direct payments you’ve set up through your bank to the church, or with Paypal.
3. When your payment has been received, you will get an emailed paid receipt.
Receiving your items
1. Many physical items that are being sold include delivery. If this was not specially made clear in the item description, the seller will need to work out with the buyer the transfer of the item(s).
