Every year around St. Patrick's Day the Family Promise Network in Johnson City organizes a 10K and 4K foot race as a great fun fund-raiser. Our church is part of this Family Promise network which supports homeless families as they move into more stable lives.
Volunteers are needed to stand at city street corners to make sure the runners are safe and know the route. You will get to wave flags and cheer the runners as they jog by in their leprechaun outfits!
Race Day is Saturday March 17th. We meet at 8:00AM in Johnson City and we will be done before 10:00AM.
