With a heavy chance of rain and cold temperatures, the Families Group has decided to relocate their activity this Saturday, December 1, to the church. There will be a hot chocolate bar, games, and holiday crafts. Hot chocolate and marshmallows will be provided, but if you want to bring anything else that can go in hot chocolate (peppermint? whipped cream?), it would be appreciated! And while games will be provided, if you have a family favorite, please bring it! Meet us in the Fellowship Hall from 4pm to 6pm on Saturday!
The Families Group is a social group for parents, grandparents or guardians who attend or are friends of Holston Valley Unitarian Universalist Church and have children and grandchildren from birth through school age. The goal of our group is to create a supportive community for ourselves and our children and grandchildren within our faith community.
