Thanks to everyone who donated, bid, and worked at the auction this year! It takes many people, many hours to make the auction happen. This year we raised $14,714.50 for the church budget!
Thanks also for your patience with those of us implementing the new auction website. We think it was overall an improvement, but we did make a few errors. Everyone should have gotten a statement the night of the auction and many of you checked out and paid then. We apologize, but some bids sheets were overlooked and a couple of items were entered incorrectly. New statements have been emailed out. If you don’t see your statement, check your promotions/spam folder (that’s where mine went!). Please look them over and make sure they look correct.
If you have a balance due, please write a check to the church and indicate “auction” on the memo line. If you pay with cash, please place it in an envelope with a note so it can be accounted for correctly. You can mail your check (PO Box 8383 Gray, TN 37615) or bring it the next time you’re at church.
